灰树花浸膏粉的生产及其化学成分分析

摘要：本文采用热水提取、真空浓缩和喷雾干燥等工艺生产灰树花浸膏粉。分析结果表明：灰树花浸膏粉中的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总醣、粗多糖和灰分等的含量分别为7.64%、23.96%、0.27%、48.05%、24.55%和6.95%，而粗纤维成分含量小于0.4%；灰树花浸膏粉含有丰富的矿质元素磷(2.16mg/g)，钙、镁、锌、铁、锰、铜等人体必需常量和微量元素分别为430μg/g , 970μg/g , 56μg/g , 83.1μg/g , 7.3μg/g和9.7μg/g；其18种氨基酸总量为12.66mg/100mg，其中必需氨基酸约占全氨基酸含量的41%，此外还含有266.83mg/100g的牛磺酸。检验结果还表明：灰树花浸膏粉中重金属元素及微生物等各项卫生指标均符合要求。

Production of Extract powder of Grifola frondosa and 
Its' Chemical Components Analysis

Abstract Iin this papera, a kind of technique, extracted by hot water and concentrated and spray-dried under vacuum condition, were applied to produce the extract powderof Grifola frondosa . The analytic results showed that the content of crude protein, crude fat, total carbohydrate, crude polysaccharide , ash and crude fiber were 7.64%, 23.96%, 0.27%, 48.05%, 24.55%,6.95% and less than
0.4% respectively. It was abundant that the contrent of mineral element P in the extract powder was 2.16mg/g，and contens of the essential elements and micro- elements were 430μg/g , 970μg/g , 56μg/g , 83.1μg/g , 7.3μg/g和9.7μg/g for Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu. Eighteen kinds of amino acids, totalled 12.66mg/100mg was chacked out and the ratio of essential amino acids were 41.0%, In addition, 266.83mg/100g Taurine was checked up。Clinical checked results showed that heavey mental elements and microbial quantity of the extract powder were coincided with the hygienic standard.
